The signal

Questions people
actually ask

Kathi Pepper has spent a working lifetime in rooms full of adults asking real questions about sex, bodies, and long relationships — and answering them without flinching and without shame.

SexySecrets Radio is that room, recorded. Every week one show comes out of the archive, gets reworked, and goes back on the air: the question, the honest answer, and what to do with it tonight. No euphemism, no lecture, no judgment.

Accurate information. Professional presentation. Adults only.

Relationships through the ages

We didn't study
the long haul.
We did it.

Kathi and James have been married for most of the time this show has existed. Every stage the episodes talk about — the beginning, the busy years, the drift, the coming back — happened to them first.

That's the whole credential. Not that they got it right every time, but that they kept choosing the same person while the hair color, the jobs, the cities, and the bodies all changed.

Over the threshold

They got married in Key West and he carried her through the door of Sloppy Joe's. Everything after this — the business, the boutique, the show, the coaching — comes downstream of two people deciding to go be ridiculous together in public.

The road years

A decade of working the IndyCar circuit together — travel, deadlines, weekends gone, the two of them running on the same schedule in the same paddock. This is the era most couples describe as the one that nearly got away from them. It's also where they learned what a marriage needs when neither person is home.

Where the questions came in

Thousands of parties and a store counter where people finally asked the thing they'd been carrying around for years. Kathi stopped being the person selling products and became the person you tell the truth to.

Saying it out loud

The show started because the same questions kept coming and one room at a time wasn't enough. Twenty-five hundred shows later, the format hasn't changed: a real question, a straight answer, and no one made to feel small for asking.

Still each other's date

Thirty years in

An industry that has known them both for decades, and they still show up to the same room together. Kathi hosts. James produces. That division of labor has outlasted most of the companies in the photo behind them.

Everything Kathi teaches now — the coaching, the seminars, the work she's building toward as a counselor — came out of that arc. Not a curriculum. A marriage that kept having to figure out the next stage.

Kathi Pepper, host of SexySecrets Radio.

Host. Educator. The person who has already heard the question you're too embarrassed to ask.

Kathi has run thousands of shows and in-home parties across nearly three decades, holds an M.S. in Counseling Psychology, and built her practice on one idea: good people deserve great sex, and the way to get there is better information and a partner you can talk to.

Her work is moving forward, not winding down. She takes couples one-on-one as an intimacy coach now, and she is in the process of reinstating her counseling credential through the NBCC — the same conversation, carried into a clinical room.

Coaching sessions are private video or in person in the Ellisville area. The store and the parties continue right alongside them.
